Arthur did a great job of putting together pictures and information about our special properties. We had a two story house and a barn house that was converted into a two story house. We had to split our property when we remodeled the barn. Thus, we had two houses right beside each other. This limited the clientele that would want to purchase our property. The second people that looked at the property made an offer and bought the house.

I've worked with Arthur now two times. He has listed and sold two properties for me. Each time he was able to deliver on all of his promises. If you are either looking to buy or sell your home, there is no one else I would recommend other than Arthur Solomon. He's just really good at what he does. Specifically on the second property that he sold for me, the appraisal came up $6,000 short of the agreed upon sale price. Arthur refused to let the deal fall through and worked with all partiers involved and still got the deal done. He is also a very patriotic person as he gave me a check for 20% of his commission fees to say thank you for my service. He does this for military and first responders. Arthur is a great guy and an even better Real Estate Professional.
